Modify was requested to act as the Head of Advisory Board and simultaneously business design and implement the selection process for client’s operation. The design was completed together with the client’s board and launch to live in 3 months from the beginning.
Goals
To formalise and streamline the end-to-end process, targeting 15 days turn around in best cases.
Generate statistical information re investment opportunities.
To handle incoming opportunities with same care and interest.
To deliver a robust entry steps for pre-seed companies and entrepreneurs with ideas to contact.
Kick-off the Advisory Board activities and lead/support the team with the opportunities handling.
Solution
We started the process design by discussing with the client’s board members and then drafting the visual proposal for review. The finalisation was made together ensuring that the process steps, technology used and the required agreements with the advisory board members all lined-up together following the client’s wishes.
Modify negotiated the agreements and created a know-how register for the advisory board so the client is well aware of expectations and T&C’s.
Modify acted as the project leader and advisor for the client in the journey to implement a new process to live operation. We also continue to lead the advisory board going forward ensuring the client’s investment decisions are prepared with consideration and in-dept analysis.
